Hi All....:)...I wanted to take the time to explain the reason behind the shut down and thank everyone for their great support of fishtailparkas.com while we beaver away behind the scenes.
Simply, we have grown so much and so quickly that we were struggling to stay on top of the order volume and over the past 5 years we have worked too damn hard to make sure we get everything right.
As you all know, we love what we do and work our asses off to make sure people get the best deal, best quality and best service.
So, at the very first signs of us struggling to maintain the level of service that has made us the worlds number one the answer was simple. We wont take your money until we are 100% we can handle everything perfectly and make sure everyone gets exactly what they want and on time !!..
So, right now, we are sorting out all the issues that had been hitting us and getting everything behind the scenes sorted so we can re-open and supply both high volume and high service.
Fishtailparkas.com is growing from strength to strength and we thank everyone one of you who has helped make that happen and you can be sure that we will be back in action very soon, doing what we do best :)...
